Ooh La La!


Amazing Vegan Cookie Recipe
Cookies:
3/4 cup nonhydrogenated vegetable shortening
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup soy milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup dutch cocoa
1/4 cup black cocoa powder
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soday

Filling:
1/4 cup nonhydrogenated margarine
1/4 cup nonhydrogenated vegetable shortening
2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
